Questions

Do vendors pay anything?
No. Vendors never pay to be considered, found or qualified — and there are no fees on their invoices. Some platforms charge your vendors a cut of every invoice, which ends up in your prices. Clarvoy doesn't.
Does Clarvoy handle paying our vendors?
No — you pay your vendors directly, the way you do today. Clarvoy checks and approves invoices, then sends them to your accounts payable system (or an export file) ready to pay.
What counts as a location?
Each store, restaurant, site or building on your store list. Add or close locations any time — your price follows automatically, prorated.
What happens when the trial ends?
Vendor intake keeps working for free. Add-ons you didn't choose switch off, and nothing you set up is deleted — turn them back on any time.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Invite your whole team — regional managers, store managers, procurement — at no extra cost.
Can I change add-ons later?
